5.3 LS rebuild..Perfect tolerances..
New cam & lifters, T-chain (G.M.). Cam bearings (clevite77). Rings (perfect circle). Rod and main bearings (clevite 77).
Valve grind. New head bolts. New rod main bolts including main cap side bolts, new balancer bolt..
862 head castings (not ones prone to cracks)
Set up with truck oil pan and intake, 99-2006.. This is a "long block" with manifolds, plugs, oil and filter, injectors, throttle body, coils, sensors all there COMPLETE!!! NEW.. Sitting on a pallet ready to run! Already spun and primed..
24 tooth reluctor on crank. Non-EGR
Water pump, starter, fuels lines, new thermostat.



***GM rated the LM7 from 270HP to over 300HP for different years and applications. The LM7 was put in just about every 1/2 ton chassis of truck, van, & SUV for both Chevrolet and GMC from 1999 through the first part of 2007. Because of this and the booming economy of those times this is the MOST common of the GenIII V8 engine. Therefore it is the easiest to find with reasonable miles, in good clean condition, and adapt for your aftermarket project. ****
