The front has a little patch of lawn with some shrubs and a private drive. It is a very small, friendly estate. There are 2 pubs within a 5 min walk, the Post office/General store is a 7/8 min walk as is the junior, Infant and Preschools. and Kenfig Hill itself which boasts the Comp School, 2 Doctor surgery's, 2 Pharmacy's, a Spar, Butchers, Chip shop. Bank and various other retail outlets.
We have a Library, Swimming pool, Supermarket, Garage and numerous other facilities within 1.5 mile of the house. It is approximately 7.5 miles to the towns of Bridgend or Port Talbot and the Seaside Town of Porthcawl is only 4 miles away. The railway station is located at Pyle less then 2 miles from the house and there are numerous Bus services Just up the road on Kenfig Hill. The motorway is only 2.5 Miles from us making it ideal for commuting to Swansea 21 miles to the West and Cardiff 24 Miles to the East. We are also within 5 miles of the famous McCarther glen/Bridgend Designer outlet and cinemas.
